Super Product, great communication.

Can't do quality coz still waiting for it to arrive. tracking stopped at 22/03/2024 but I bought and paid for it 08/01/2024. was told too much misleading info no truths at all. The guy Jason I was talking to from company on live chat for 3 weeks b4 scooter left China on way to me. Was actually his assistant a female. So misleading. was very confused coz I was lead to believe the scooter wod leave factory in one day then leave China to NZ 7-10 days. was spose to be free shipping but I was charged 50 USD an told that's only for within china. so it shod be here in NZ on the 12/04/2024 so fingers crossed. I won't be going threw this company for any other products. Way to misleading no trust. it's very disappointing I hope the product redeems this company's reputation. I'm so trying with all my might to not demand a refund right now and jus buy one here in NZ
